According to different injection methods, injection grouting can be divided into single pipe method, double pipe method and triple pipe method.
Single tube method: a single jet tube, only spraying cement slurry.
Double pipe method: also known as slurry gas injection method, it uses double grouting pipes to inject high-pressure mud and air into the soil at the same time, impacting and damaging the soil.Under the combined action of high-pressure mud and its surrounding airflow, the energy of soil destruction is significantly increased, and eventually a larger consolidation body is formed in the soil.
Triple tube method: is a kind of slurry, water, gas injection method, using conveying water, gas and slurry respectively three medium of triple grouting pipe, in the high pressure pump and so on high voltage generator to produce high pressure water flow around a cylinder air flow, high pressure water jet and airflow coaxial jet cutting soil, form a larger gap, again by mud pump slurry at low pressure injection to be cut, broken in the foundation, the nozzle to rotate and ascension movement, make cement mixed with soil, solidified in the soil, form a larger body of consolidation, its solid can be up to 2 m in diameter.
The reinforcement radius of the jet grouting method is related to many factors, including the injection pressure P, the lifting speed S, the shear strength τ of the reinforced soil, the nozzle diameter d, and the slurry consistency B. The reinforcement range is proportional to the injection pressure P and the nozzle diameter d, and inversely proportional to the lifting speed S, the soil shear strength τ and the slurry consistency B. The strength of the solid is related to the amount of cement incorporated in the solids added and the soil quality.
