WARRANTY

Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. is committed to providing quality products and the highest quality.

This warranty covers all parts and components, excluding parts subject to wear, provided that the owner maintains and cares for the equipment as described in the operating manual. The warranty coverage of Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. products begins on the date of delivery of the product.

Maintenance Records

We advise you to retain certifications and records of regular unit maintenance.

These documents are very important and can help determine the cause of a malfunction, should one occur.

Warranty Period

The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and the expiration date will be displayed on our website.

The warranty covers repairs to correct any defects in the equipment related to materials or workmanship that existed at the time of purchase. All requests must be approved by Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. before any work is performed during the warranty period. Specific exceptions to the warranty are listed in the "Exclusions" section.

Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. will repair the equipment during the warranty period subject to the terms, limitations and conditions. This is the only warranty provided by Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Depreciation, damage, failure due to normal wear and tear, lack of reasonable and proper

2. Maintenance, improper repair, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage

3. Depreciation or damage due to accidents

4. Equipment modified or altered without the approval of Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd., including but not limited to setting the injection fuel transfer pump higher or lower than the specifications of Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd.

5. Failure to use the correct fuel, lubricant or other maintenance items described in the operating manual

6. Addition or replacement of chemical weighting materials

7. Scheduled maintenance services, such as:

8. Adjustments (cables, connecting rods, pressure, etc.),

9. Transportation costs. However, for machines purchased within 30 days or 30 working hours, Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. will subsidize the travel expenses for equipment warranty repairs, up to 200 kilometers (US$300) one way and up to 400 kilometers (US$600) round trip.

10. Damage caused by natural disasters beyond human control such as fire and flood.

11. Replacement of scheduled maintenance items such as bulbs, preheater elements, filters

12. Elements, fuel injector assemblies, clutch plates/pressure plates/release bearings, brake/parking brake linings, engine oil and lubricants, coolants, belts, drive chains, rubber, resins, broken glass, cutting blades, bucket blades and teeth, etc.

13. Damage caused by the use of unapproved tools and accessories

14. Rust and paint problems are not covered by the warranty

15. Repairs defined in service bulletins that exceed the warranty terms of the product or bulletin

16. Repairs on any equipment that has been reported stolen or damaged and is considered a total loss.

17. Equipment not sold by Hubei Xingda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd./Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd.

Terms, Limitations, and Conditions

Maintenance

All units require periodic maintenance, as outlined in the unit’s Operation Manual, and it is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular maintenance. Failure to properly maintain the unit and perform regular maintenance may void the Warranty.

Damage from Accident, Misuse, or Alteration

Damage or failure caused by an object striking the unit, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modifying or altering the unit, and/or any other misuse is not covered under the Warranty. Damage or failure due to acts of god (flood, tornado, etc.) or acts of war are not covered under the Warranty.

Extra Expenses

Economic loss or extra expense due to unit damage/failure is not covered under the Warranty. Under no circumstances is Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to unit damage or failure.

Iron Rubik's Cube Machine Ltd makes no other warranty, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Suggestions concerning the use of products are not warranties. The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of products and appropriate use. Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. sole liability for breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise shall be the repair of the unit as specified in this Warranty.

Other Terms

Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. does not authorize any individual or group to assume any other obligations or liabilities for this equipment. Any shipping damage should be notified to the freight carrier and Hubei Xingda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. / Hubei Xinyeda Machinery Co., Ltd. as soon as possible.
