Air compressor (air compressor for short) is one of the main drilling equipment of pneumatic well drilling rig.As the prime mover of DTH hammer of pneumatic well drilling rig, the performance of air compressor has a direct impact on the function of DTH hammer, so it is particularly important to carry out the correct maintenance of air compressor.
I. operating procedures of air compressor:
1. Check whether all parts of the machine are in normal state and whether fasteners are loose before starting up.
2. Check whether the belt is properly tightened and whether the lubricating oil level in the crankcase is within the range of 1/3 to 2/3 of the oil window.
3. Turn the air compressor fan 3-5 by hand, and check whether there is barrier-free feeling or abnormal sound.
4. Open the gas transmission valve on the gas storage tank and make it in the fully open state. Press the start button to start the machine under no load.
5. During the operation of water well drilling rig, check whether the operation of air compressor (such as vibration, sound, temperature, etc.) is normal, whether there is oil leakage, air leakage, bolt loosening and other phenomena, and deal with problems in time.
Attention!In the air compressor maintenance and other operations must first remove the pressure, after stopping the repair, do not take pressure operation.
Ii. Air compressor maintenance system:
1. The dirt in the air storage tank should be removed regularly and at least once every 10 hours of operation. Open the blowdown valve at the bottom of the air storage tank and let the air compressor run for several minutes with pressure blowdown under the pressure of 0.2mpa.
2. The lubricating oil shall be checked twice a day, and the oil surface must be kept between the two red lines or red circles of the oil viewing mirror.
3. The air filter must be cleaned once a month.
4. Check the reliability of safety valve and tension degree of triangle belt once a month.
5. The compressor oil in the crankcase should be changed regularly, every 800 hours;Oil use air compressor special oil, summer with 19#, winter with 13#.
6. Air inlet and outlet valves shall be cleaned regularly, and the air valve shall be removed once a year to remove carbon accumulation. The main engine shall be fully maintained once a year, and the coordination gap of the main moving parts shall be checked.
7. Air compressor diaphragm is required to be placed in a dry, clean and well-ventilated place.
