Construction technology of anchor cable for foundation pit support

Anchor cable drilling should comply with the following regulations:

1. Before drilling, determine the hole position according to the design requirements and make a mark.

2. The allowable deviation of the anchor hole horizontal and vertical hole spacing is ±50mm, the allowable deviation of the drilling angle is ±3°, and the allowable deviation of the bottom of the borehole from the axis is 3% of the length of the anchor cable.

3. During the drilling process, if the soil layer is easy to tap holes, it is advisable to use mud circulating wall protection or steel casing. After the hole cleaning is completed, the drill rod should be quickly pulled out, and the anchor cable body should be placed. For wet drilling, the hole should be cleaned with water until clear water flows out.

4. Drilling records should be detailed, complete, and confirm the length of the rod.
