2. Features:

3. Structural characteristics
This down-the-hole drilling rig is composed of a powerhead assembly,a mast assembly, a control console with an oil lubricator and pressure gauge, a hammer ,a bit.
(1). powerhead assembly
It include a 3KW or 4KW air motor ,a speed reducer and transimission box.
The box needs to be filled with butter befor use, otherwise it will reduce the life of the gear.
(2). mast assembly
It consists of mast and air cylinder.
When using for a long time and encountering air leakage from the cylinder, replace the sealing ring on the cylinder head at the end of the cylinder in time. And check whether the piston cup on the white piston rod is damaged by the way .
(3)control console
It consists of control valve and frame.
XDQ70 include 1pcs 25mm hose, 2pcs 19mm hose, 2pcs 13mm hose.
XDQ100 include 1pcs 38mm hose, 4pcs 19mm hose.

4. Working principle
The rig is a machine that uses compressed air as the power to convert compressed air.power into mechanical force to break the rock. The rig is equipped with an hammer and a bit. During the working process, the piston of the hammer continuously impacts the tail.
