XDGM40 Anchorage engineering drilling rig is one of the semi-hydraulic engineering construction rig, which adopts the split structure, composed of power head, pump station, mast, frame and so on. Flexible connection between the components, convenient for installation and disassembly, and convenient for rapid field layout according to different construction environment.
1、Pumping station
The pump station is composed of a comprehensive power system and an operating station. The power system consists of electric motor, filter device, radiator, oil pump, etc. The motor drives the oil pump to convert the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and drive the executing element to work. The operating table is the control device of the drilling rig, equipped with reversing valve, pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, fuel tank and electrical cabinet. The reversing valve controls the power head to feed in. The pressure gauge on the console shows the feed force of the power head.
2、Power head
The power head is composed of a motor, a speed reducer and a gas and water cage. The motor transmits the power to the output shaft through the speed reducer and turns the drill tool back. The air-water cage is mounted at the front of the output shaft.
3、The mast
Mast out of the skateboard, mast body, speed pressure mechanism, etc. The skateboard connects the mast and the power head, and drives the power head to move down to the inlet and startup drilling tools. The mast is made of high-strength type steel welded, with light weight and high strength. The pressure mechanism is driven by the cylinder moving the skateboard through the chain speed mechanism to realize the pressure and starting of the power head.
4、The rack and the support rod
The frame is a structural part welded out of section steel, with light weight and high strength. The tower assembly can adjust the Angle of the mast through the power head rope mechanism, and the drilling height of a working face, the drilling machine is equipped with two support rods, the lower part is connected with the frame through the pin shaft, and the upper part is fixed with the mast.
Application
It can be applied to railway, highway, bridge, subgrade, dam foundation and other industrial and civil buildings for foundation reinforcement, water isolation and leakage prevention, soft foundation treatment and geological disaster management. The machine is fully functional and can complete various jet grouting, anchor and anchor cable constructions.
