2. Pay attention to the working load in the running-in period. Generally, the working load in the running-in period should not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and the appropriate workload should be arranged to prevent the occurrence of overheating caused by continuous operation of the machine for a long time.
3. Pay attention to observe the indication of each instrument frequently. If there is any abnormality, stop the operation in time to eliminate it. Before the cause is found and the fault is not eliminated, stop the operation.
4. Check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant fluid, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and check the tightness of the whole machine.The lack of oil and water in the inspection should be analyzed.At the same time, should strengthen the lubrication of each lubrication point, it is suggested that during the run-in period, each shift to the lubrication point to add grease (except special requirements).
5. Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time, in order to prevent the wear or loss of parts due to loose parts.
6. At the end of the run-in period, the machine should be under compulsory maintenance, check and adjust, and pay attention to the replacement of oil.
