Construction machinery transfer site should be noted the following matters :
The following work should be done carefully when the engineering drilling rig is transferred from one area to another.
Before transfer: put each control handle in the position of "0" or lock;
Secure the safety locks of directional locking devices and other mechanisms;
Remove oil and water;Discharge of compressed air from storage tanks;
Remove the battery, discharge it to the "end voltage" for 20h, pour out the electrolyte, wash and dry it repeatedly with distilled water, tighten the nozzle cover, seal the vent hole, and put it back on the machine;
The exposed part of piston rod shall be coated with grease and protected by stickers;
Do the sealing work and record well, establish the opening instruction manual.
Before use after ground removal:
Unseal according to the instruction manual, and do the maintenance work;
Select and add enough electrolyte, engine oil and antifreeze (or cooling water) according to the minimum temperature in the area;
According to the requirements of the new battery full power, the machine before the start of a comprehensive inspection;
Start the engine, turn off the engine when the machine is running normally, open the safety lock, and put into use after starting the test machine without error.
