The use of clean diesel fuel is of great significance to the construction machinery powered by diesel engine.If the diesel oil in the tank is not clean, it will significantly aggravate the wear or corrosion of the precision parts such as fuel piston, oil outlet valve and injection nozzle needle valve, thus greatly reducing the reliability and durability of the machine operation.To this end, pay attention to the daily maintenance of the fuel tank.
(1) before adding the diesel oil to the fuel tank, it should be precipitated for more than 48h to avoid impurities in the oil being taken into the tank.
(2) construction machinery is often scattered in the field, because it is not convenient to go back to the oil depot for refueling, the oil is sent to the site in barrels.At this time, the pumping unit that refuels the machine must be clean and pollution-free, and it should avoid pumping the bottom of the barrel into the oil tank.
(3) fill up the oil tank after work or before stopping the operation every day, so as to avoid water droplets generated by condensation on the inner wall of empty oil tank and flowing into the diesel oil at night.In addition, before starting to work, should first open the tank drain valve, in order to discharge the bottom of the sedimentation of dirty oil or water.
(4) during the operation of the machine, the amount of oil in the oil tank should be kept in mind at all times. In case of oil shortage, it should be added in time to prevent dirty oil at the bottom of the tank or air entering the fuel system due to exhaustion of oil storage, thus affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine.
(5) the air hole on the oil box cover should be dredged frequently. If it is blocked, negative pressure will be formed in the box, and the oil pressure and oil supply will be reduced, so that the diesel engine power cannot be fully developed.
(6) when the oil tank leaks or the switch is not closed properly, it will pollute the environment, easily cause fire, waste diesel oil and increase the operating cost.At this time should stop to weld repair or change the switch, it must not reluctantly continue to work, otherwise in the vibration of the machine, leakage will become more and more serious, and cause greater losses.
(7) oil tank cleaning.When the machine is used for a long time, the diesel oil in the tank comes into contact with the air or the wall of the tank, which generates a lot of dirt.At the same time, ash, dust and moisture will inevitably be brought into the tank during the daily refueling process.Therefore, every 1500~2000h operation of the machine, the tank should be cleaned, or even if the addition of clean diesel will be contaminated.Construction machinery oil tank is relatively bulky, its capacity is generally in the hundreds of kilograms, removed and cleaned laborious and time-consuming;we made a simple tool, using compressed air to clean the tank, received good results.The specific methods are as follows:
(1) use 0.5 "steel pipe to make a nozzle, the length of which is about 1m, the bottom hole is welded to death, and drill several holes with diameter of 1-2mm around it. The upper end is connected with the hose from the air pump.
(2) empty the oil tank and add 20-30L clean diesel oil.
(3) extend the nozzle to the bottom of the fuel tank.
(4) start the air pump (or self-provided air pump to pump automobile tires), open the valve of the storage cylinder when the air pressure rises to 0.6-0.7mpa, and the turbulent airflow rushes into the oil storage at the bottom of the tank, causing violent splashing and shaking of oil, and flushing the inner wall of the tank clean.At this time, to plug the tank with cotton yarn , so as not to spray oil.
